What it is
Cryo Spot Self-Serve is a targeted-cooling station at our Pasco studio that oriented guests operate themselves. After a one-time walkthrough with the team, you can build quick spot sessions into your regular visits without booking staff time. It lives in the Reshape category with our other targeted services.
How the experience works
Your first time, a team member teaches you the station: setup, placement, timing, and the rules. After that, you swipe in during visits, run your own session on your chosen area, and get on with your circuit.
What a typical visit is like
For oriented members it's the quickest Reshape stop in the building: a few unhurried minutes at the station folded into whatever else the visit includes.
How long it takes
Self-serve sessions follow the station's set limits, which the team covers in your orientation; overall it's designed to be a brief add-in, not a full appointment.

It's built for independent regulars: members in a Reshape phase who know their target areas, keep a consistent routine, and prefer self-serve speed over scheduled staff sessions.
Where it fits in Restore, Recharge, Reshape
Consistency is what makes the Reshape phase work, and lowering the friction of each session is how consistency survives real schedules. This station exists exactly for that.
What it does not do
It's not for first-timers; orientation with the team is required before solo use. It also doesn't replace staff-assisted sessions for guests who want professional placement and guidance, and it makes no outcome promises.
Combining it with other services
It folds into any visit: after a sauna, alongside a Reshape plan, or as a two-minute stop on a busy day. Staff-assisted spot sessions remain available whenever you want the guided version.
Safety and eligibility
Not every service fits every person. Before your first session, the Sculpt team will ask about your health history and confirm whether this service is a fit for you. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an implanted device, tell the team and check with your physician first. Solo use is only unlocked after your orientation, and the station's built-in limits are not optional; if anything ever feels off mid-session, stop and grab a team member.
